The Steering Committee consists of those SPIN participants who have committed to actively take on the roles and responsibilities of the various functions needed to run the Karachi SPIN.

Their responsibilities include:

• Manage SPIN Karachi as per the constitution
• Select and coordinate topics and speakers for monthly SPIN Talks
• Review SPIN operations periodically and identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain coordination with other SPIN organizations
• Prepare & approve the website contents
