Assistant Manager Sales (2 positions)
Assistant Manager Sales for branding and sales of Business Beam’s consulting and training services.
Location
One based in Karachi, and another based in Islamabad
Requirements
At least 16 years of formal education in Business Management, Masters level education will be highly preferred
Sales experience of at least 5-6 years
Having good social network in local market
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Disciplined and organized
Should be able to develop proposals for consulting assignments
Responsibilities
Reporting to Manager Sales
Supervision of Sales Executives
Development of relationships with key accounts
Acquisition of consulting and training assignments from key accounts
Senior Executive Sales (4 positions)
Location
Two based in Karachi, and two based in Islamabad
Requirements
At least 16 years of formal education in Business Management, Masters level education will be highly preferred
Sales experience of at least 2-3 years
Having good social network in local market
Good communication
Disciplined and organized
Responsibilities
Reporting to Assistant Manager Sales
Development of relationships with key accounts
Acquisition of consulting and training assignments from key accounts
ITIL Consultant (2 positions)
Consultants shall lead ITIL and ISO 20000 implementation projects, and deliver ITIL v3 trainings in Pakistan and abroad.
Location
One based in Karachi, and another based in Islamabad
Requirements
At least 16 years of formal education in IT, Masters level education will be highly preferred
6 to 12 years of experience of managing IT services with good organization(s)
Certified ITIL v3 Intermediate, or ITIL v2 Service Manager
Experience of re-engineering or improving business processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
Must be able to develop and deliver trainings
Must possess very good project management skills
Confident and self-motivated
Responsible and go-getter attitude
Responsibilities
Identify and assess client/customers needs and priorities for improvement;
Identify and assess the needs of stakeholders, and the quick wins required for project’s success;
Design and develop customized consulting roadmap for a client/customer;
Assist Project Manager in developing, executing, monitoring and controlling project plan;
Assist client/customer in developing right management system and its components;
Identify and develop new business opportunities at current client/customer;
Contribute to the development of project concept documents and preparation of proposals for current client/customer;
Identify, analyze and manage project risks;
Facilitate Project Manager in effective project reporting;
Adhere to the Company’s quality, security and business policies and processes.
ISO 27001 Consultant (2 positions)
Consultants shall lead Information Security/ ISO 27001 implementation projects, and deliver related trainings in Pakistan and abroad.
Location
One based in Karachi, and another based in Islamabad
Requirements
At least 16 years of formal IT education, Masters level education will be highly preferred
6 to 12 years of information security related experience
Excellent understanding of ISO 27001 standard; implementation experience will be plus
CISSP and/or CISM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
Must be able to develop and deliver trainings
Must possess very good project management skills
Confident and self-motivated
Responsible and go-getter attitude
Responsibilities

Requirements
At least 16 years of engineering education, Masters level education will be highly preferred
10 to 16 years of experience of managing sizeable projects internationally
Certified PMP, PgMP or PRINC2 Practitioner
Experience of successfully managing PMO at reputable organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
Must be able to develop and deliver trainings
Confident and self-motivated
Responsible and go-getter attitude
Responsibilities
