Introduction
This three-day course demonstrates software project managers and practitioners the use of measurement as the foundation for making informed project decisions. Participants learn to use measurement and metrics to plan, manage, and control software projects.
The course focuses on the use of measures to monitor performance and support decisions. It also covers the progressive use of measures in product and process improvement.
