Introduction
The PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) project management methodology provides business with a flexible approach for the management of their projects and a cost effective means to align to best practice project management.

The objective of the PRINCE2 Foundation Level Course is to ensure that participants will acquire the skills and knowledge to be able to act as an informed member of a project management team using the PRINCE2 method within a project environment supporting PRINCE2.

The course is of 3 days duration and provides a comprehensive coverage of the key principles and terminology of the PRINCE2 method. Participants will sit in the foundation exam on the fourth day to obtain PRINCE2 Foundation certification, an internationally recognized qualification.

    Prerequisites

    Exam
    A 60-minute exam is scheduled on the last day of the course, consisting of seventy five (75) multiple choice questions. Candidates must achieve 35 marks out of 75 to receive their certificate. Please note that 5 random questions are trial questions and are not marked.
