- 1What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Business Beam (Pvt.) Limited will issue full refunds for written cancellations received no less than 07 days before the course begins. 80% refunds will be made if course cancellation request is received after that but prior to the execution date. Email cancellations to Business Beam at training@businessbeam.com or fax to +9221 – 34544956.
- 2What if I could not appear in the training due to some emergency/reason and I don’t inform earlier?
If you do not attend the session due to any reason, you can contact us to participate in the next scheduled session that occurs within 12 months. You have to pay basic cost of your participation. Fee refund will not be made in this case.
- 3What if I have paid exam fee and could not appear in the exam?
We offer redemption of your exam fee within one year of your registration date, after that the fee will be considered lapse.
- 4How can I get Early bird Discount Offer?
We offer amazing Early Bird discount, if you get registered yourself before 07 days of the training schedule with 100% advance payment.
- 5How can I get Group Discount Offer?
On registration of three or more than three participants, you can avail 5% discounts
- 6How can I get Early bird Discount Offer?Can I avail Early Bird and Group Discount offers together at one point of time?
Early Bird and Group Discount offers can be availed together but it cannot be correlated with any other discount offers including Package Discounts Offers.

- 4What is the average duration of a project?
The project duration varies from organization to organization based on a number of factors such as type of consultancy required, scope of the assignment, size of the organization etc. Depending on these factors, project durations may last from 1 month to 5 years.
- 5How do we determine the scope of an assignment?
Scope of an assignment can be determined using our scope identification questionnaires. Please share initial details with us at contact@businessbeam.com. Our team will share the relevant scope identification questionnaire with you. If required, a telephonic conversation or a meeting can also be scheduled to identify the scope and requirements.
- 6Can you help us in developing a RFP based on our requirements?

- 7Are your consultants willing to relocate if services are required in countries where your office does not exist?
Yes. Depending on the scope and requirements of the project, our consultants are open to relocation for the duration of the assignment. We however may need customer assistance for visa processing.

Standards and frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, CMMI, etc.) provide a set of internationally accepted and proven best practices in the relevant area. By implementing a framework or standard, organizations achieve the desired outcomes and save lot of time and efforts.

If customers want relevant certifications or recognitions (e.g. CMMI, COBIT, ISO 27001, etc.), we completely facilitate our customers in achieving their objectives. Business Beam has authority to conduct CMMI Benchmark Appraisals and COBIT Assessments. We also liaison with third party auditing firms for ISO related audits.

Business Beam conducts gap assessment and planning exercise to identify strengths and areas needing improvement in an organization. Gap assessment is usually performed against pre-agreed internationally-accepted best practices. We develop tailored and prioritized gap closure plan based on the results of gap assessment.
- 11What is the budget requirement / fee to avail your services?

- 12What is the validity of your proposals?
Our proposals are valid for a period of 60 days. In special circumstances, the validity duration can be extended.
- 13Are you willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes. Security of customer’s information is extremely important for us. We have no objection to signing a NDA.
- 14Can we contact any references prior to engaging you?
Yes. If requested, project references shall be shared, and they can be contacted.
